Returns:
We have implemented a $15 restocking fee for change of mind returns and exchanges.
This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase and subsequent return or exchange. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. Warranty:
At Mumilk we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please yell out!
In the unlikely event that a device fails we will either offer a free repair or a replacement (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).
All Mumilk products include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at info@mumilk.com.au
This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Mumilk. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
Warranty is non transferrable and therefore only applies to new pumps sold by Mumilk. Second hand pumps are not covered, irrespective of the age of the pump.
